योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-82, verse-17

असत्यमेव संकल्पभ्रमेणेदं शरीरकम् ।
जीवः पश्यति मूढात्मा बालो यक्षमिवोद्धतम् ॥ १७ ॥
asatyameva saṃkalpabhrameṇedaṃ śarīrakam ,
jīvaḥ paśyati mūḍhātmā bālo yakṣamivoddhatam 17

jīvaḥ paśyati mūḍhātmā bālaḥ yakṣam iva uddhatam

17. Indeed, due to the illusion of volitional thought, the individual soul, whose true nature (ātman) is deluded, perceives this body — which is inherently unreal — just as a child perceives an agitated or formidable yakṣa.
