योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-67, verse-17

पातालं ब्रह्मलोकं वा चित्तत्सुकृतशालिनी ।
चित्तांशस्पन्दमात्रेण कृत्वा कृत्वेव संस्थिता ॥ १७ ॥
pātālaṃ brahmalokaṃ vā cittatsukṛtaśālinī ,
cittāṃśaspandamātreṇa kṛtvā kṛtveva saṃsthitā 17

17. The mind (citta), adorned with its virtuous deeds (sukṛta), by merely a subtle pulsation from a part of itself, remains established as if it has repeatedly created both the netherworld (pātāla) and the world of Brahmā (brahmaloka).
