योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-7, verse-16

प्रतिष्ठामागते तस्य मिथुनस्येव मण्डले ।
तेषु सर्वेषु भूतेषु गतेष्वभिमतां दिशम् ॥ १६ ॥

16. As that pair (mithuna) came to rest in their domain, like all other creatures (bhūta) had gone to their desired directions.
