ततोऽपि च घृताम्भोधिलेखयैवं प्रमाणया ।
ततोऽपि शाल्मलीद्वीपलेखया मलपूर्णया ॥ २० ॥

tato'pi ca ghṛtāmbhodhilekhayaivaṃ pramāṇayā ,
tato'pi śālmalīdvīpalekhayā malapūrṇayā 20

20. tataḥ api ca ghṛtāmbhodhi-lekhayā evam pramāṇayā
tataḥ api śālmalī-dvīpa-lekhayā mala-pūrṇayā

20. ca tataḥ api evam pramāṇayā ghṛtāmbhodhi-lekhayā
tataḥ api mala-pūrṇayā śālmalī-dvīpa-lekhayā

20. And beyond that (it was encircled) by the outline of the Ghr̥ta (Ghee) Ocean, which was of the same measure; and then by the outline of the Śālmalī island, which is full of impurity.

20. לאחריה מגיע אוקיינוס של חמאה מזוקקת בממדים כפולים בהתאם, ולאחריו יבשת שָׁאלְמָלִי המלאה ברקב ומשקעים.
