प्राप्तं धर्मफलं तावद्भवता नात्र संशयः ।
फलमस्याप्यधर्मस्य क्षिप्रमेव प्रपत्स्यसे ॥२८॥

28. You have indeed received the benefit of your righteous action (dharma); there is no doubt about this. Similarly, you will very quickly obtain the consequence of this unrighteous action.
