यदि सीतापि दुःखार्ता कालो हि दुरतिक्रमः ॥३॥

If even Sītā, who is respected, beloved by her spiritual guide (Rāma), and adored by the disciplined Lakshmana, is afflicted by sorrow, then indeed, time (kāla) is insurmountable.
