वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-57, verse-30

अस्माकं विहिता वृत्तिर्निसार्गेण च दूरतः ।
विहिता पादमूले तु वृत्तिश्चरणयोधिनाम् ॥३०॥
30. asmākaṃ vihitā vṛttirnisārgeṇa ca dūrataḥ ,
vihitā pādamūle tu vṛttiścaraṇayodhinām.
