वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-37, verse-16

आसाद्य च ततो रामं कृताञ्जलिपुटो ऽभवत् ।
कृताञ्जलौ स्थिते तस्मिन् वानराश्चभवंस्तथा ॥१६॥
16. āsādya ca tato rāmaṃ kṛtāñjalipuṭo'bhavat ,
kṛtāñjalau sthite tasmin vānarāścabhavaṃstathā.
16. āsādya ca tataḥ rāmam kṛtāñjalipuṭaḥ abhavat
kṛtāñjalau sthite tasmin vānarāḥ ca abhavan tathā
16. ca tataḥ rāmam āsādya kṛtāñjalipuṭaḥ abhavat.

vānarāḥ ca tathā abhavan.
16. And then, having approached Rama, he (Sugriva) stood with palms joined in reverence. When he stood thus with folded hands, the monkeys likewise assumed the same posture.
