वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-69, verse-12

मन्त्रिश्रेष्ठवचः श्रुत्वा राजा सर्षिगणस्तदा ।
सबन्धुरगमत्तत्र जनको यत्र वर्तते ॥१२॥
12. mantriśreṣṭhavacaḥ śrutvā rājā sarṣigaṇastadā ,
sabandhuragamattatra janako yatra vartate.
