मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-88, verse-46

वैष्णवी समरे चैनं चक्रेणाभिजघान ह ।
गदया दाडयामास ऐन्द्री तमसुरेश्वरम् ॥४६॥
46. vaiṣṇavī samare cainaṃ cakreṇābhijaghāna ha .
gadayā dāḍayāmāsa aindrī tamasureśvaram.
46. vaiṣṇavī samare ca enam cakreṇa abhijaghāna
ha gadayā dāḍayāmāsa aindrī tam asureśvaram
46. And indeed, in battle, the goddess Vaiṣṇavī struck him with her disc, and the goddess Aindrī also struck that lord of demons (asureśvaram) with her mace.
