यस्य देवस्य यद्रूपं यथाभूषणवाहनम् ।
तद्वदेव हि तच्छक्तिरसुरान् योद्धुमाययौ ॥१३॥

Indeed, the power (śakti) of each deity came forth to fight the demons, manifesting in the exact form, with the same ornaments, and riding the same vehicle as its respective god.
