मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-88, verse-23

सा चाह धूम्रजटिलमीशानमपराजिता ।
दूत त्वं गच्छ भगवन् पार्श्वं शुम्भनिशुम्भयोः ॥२३॥
23. sā cāha dhūmrajaṭilamīśānamaparājitā .
dūta tvaṃ gaccha bhagavan pārśvaṃ śumbhaniśumbhayoḥ.
23. sā ca āha dhūmra-jaṭilam īśānam aparājitā | dūta
tvam gaccha bhagavan pārśvam śumbha-niśumbhayoḥ
23. And she, the unconquered one, said to Īśāna, who had smoky, matted hair: 'O messenger, O lord, you go to Śumbha and Niśumbha.'
