संरक्ष्यमाणो द्रोणेन मन्यते वीर्यमात्मनः ।
आत्मसंभावितो मूढस्तं प्रमथ्नीत माचिरम् ॥१९॥

19. Though protected by Drona, he considers his own valor (ātman) to be great. That conceited fool—crush him without delay!
