महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-38, verse-16

सर्वमूर्धावसिक्तानामाचार्यो ब्रह्मवित्तमः ।
अर्जुनस्य सुतं मूढं नाभिहन्तुमिहेच्छति ॥१६॥
16. sarvamūrdhāvasiktānāmācāryo brahmavittamaḥ ,
arjunasya sutaṁ mūḍhaṁ nābhihantumihecchati.
16. sarva mūrdhāvasiktānām ācāryaḥ brahmavittamaḥ
arjunasya sutam mūḍham na abhihantum iha icchati
16. sarva mūrdhāvasiktānām brahmavittamaḥ ācāryaḥ

16. The preceptor, the foremost knower of the Ultimate Reality (brahman), does not wish to strike down Arjuna's foolish son here.
