महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-8, verse-9

मिथुनं जायमानं वै समं तच्च प्रवर्धते ।
तुल्यरूपगुणोपेतं समवेषं तथैव च ।
एकैकमनुरक्तं च चक्रवाकसमं विभो ॥९॥
9. mithunaṁ jāyamānaṁ vai samaṁ tacca pravardhate ,
tulyarūpaguṇopetaṁ samaveṣaṁ tathaiva ca ,
ekaikamanuraktaṁ ca cakravākasamaṁ vibho.

ca pravardhate | tulyarūpaguṇopetam

9. Indeed, a newly born couple (mithuna) grows equally, endowed with matching appearance and qualities, and similarly dressed. Each individual is devoted to the other, like a pair of chakravaka birds, O Lord (vibhu).
