महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-82, verse-26

तेऽभिगम्य महात्मानं हृषीकेशमरिंदमम् ।
पूजां चक्रुर्यथान्यायमाशीर्मङ्गलसंयुताम् ॥२६॥
26. te'bhigamya mahātmānaṁ hṛṣīkeśamariṁdamam ,
pūjāṁ cakruryathānyāyamāśīrmaṅgalasaṁyutām.
26. te abhigamya mahātmānam hṛṣīkeśam ariṃdamam
pūjām cakruḥ yathānyāyam āśīs maṅgalasaṃyutām
26. Having approached the great-souled one (mahātman), Hrishikesha, the subduer of enemies, they performed worship (pūjā) properly, accompanied by blessings and auspicious invocations.
