evamuktastu nahuṣaḥ prāhṛṣyata tadā kila ,
uvāca vacanaṁ cāpi surendrastāmaninditām.

Shalya said: Upon being addressed in this manner, Nahuṣa indeed greatly rejoiced at that time, it is said. And the lord of gods (Nahuṣa) then spoke words to that blameless one.
