महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-15, verse-1

शल्य उवाच ।
एवमुक्तः स भगवाञ्शच्या पुनरथाब्रवीत् ।
विक्रमस्य न कालोऽयं नहुषो बलवत्तरः ॥१॥
1. śalya uvāca ,
evamuktaḥ sa bhagavāñśacyā punarathābravīt ,
vikramasya na kālo'yaṁ nahuṣo balavattaraḥ.
1. śalyaḥ uvāca evam uktaḥ sa bhagavān śacyā punar atha
abravīt vikramasya na kālaḥ ayam nahuṣaḥ balavattaraḥ
1. Śalya said: Addressed thus by Śacī, the revered (Bhagavān) then spoke again: 'This is not the opportune moment for heroic action (vikrama), as Nahuṣa is much stronger.'
