महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-88, verse-1

धौम्य उवाच ।
उदीच्यां राजशार्दूल दिशि पुण्यानि यानि वै ।
तानि ते कीर्तयिष्यामि पुण्यान्यायतनानि च ॥१॥
1. dhaumya uvāca ,
udīcyāṁ rājaśārdūla diśi puṇyāni yāni vai ,
tāni te kīrtayiṣyāmi puṇyānyāyatanāni ca.

1. Dhaumya said: 'O tiger among kings, I shall indeed describe to you those holy places and sacred abodes that are in the northern direction.'
