महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-22, verse-8

स तु बाणवरोत्पीडाद्विस्रवत्यसृगुल्बणम् ।
अभिवृष्टो यथा मेघैर्गिरिर्गैरिकधातुमान् ॥८॥
8. sa tu bāṇavarotpīḍādvisravatyasṛgulbaṇam ,
abhivṛṣṭo yathā meghairgirirgairikadhātumān.
8. saḥ tu bāṇavara utpīḍāt visravati asṛj ulbaṇam
abhivṛṣṭaḥ yathā meghaiḥ giriḥ gairikadhātumān
8. But he profusely leaks abundant blood due to the severe torment of excellent arrows, just like a mountain rich in ochre-colored minerals (gairika-dhātu) is showered by clouds.
