महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-194, verse-22

वध्यत्वमुपगच्छेतां मम सत्यपराक्रमौ ।
एतदिच्छाम्यहं कामं प्राप्तुं लोकहिताय वै ॥२२॥
22. vadhyatvamupagacchetāṁ mama satyaparākramau ,
etadicchāmyahaṁ kāmaṁ prāptuṁ lokahitāya vai.

etat icchāmi aham kāmam prāptum lokahitāya vai
22. O you two of true prowess, may you accept being slain by me. Indeed, I desire to obtain this very wish for the welfare of the world.
