विप्रैश्चोरक्षये चैव कृते क्षेमं भविष्यति ॥३॥

The inhabitants of the world (manuṣya) will follow his character. And indeed, once the destruction of thieves has been accomplished by the brahmins, well-being and prosperity (kṣema) will prevail.
