महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-189, verse-23

विजित्य पृथिवीं सर्वां मोदमानः सुखी भव ।
एष भूतो भविष्यश्च धर्मस्ते समुदीरितः ॥२३॥
23. vijitya pṛthivīṁ sarvāṁ modamānaḥ sukhī bhava ,
eṣa bhūto bhaviṣyaśca dharmaste samudīritaḥ.

eṣa bhūtaḥ bhaviṣyaḥ ca dharmaḥ te samudiritaḥ
23. Having conquered the entire earth, be joyful and happy. This natural law (dharma), which applies to the past and the future, has been fully declared to you.
