महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-115, verse-28

एवमस्त्विति सा तेन पाण्डव प्रतिनन्दिता ।
जमदग्निं ततः पुत्रं सा जज्ञे काल आगते ।
तेजसा वर्चसा चैव युक्तं भार्गवनन्दनम् ॥२८॥
28. evamastviti sā tena pāṇḍava pratinanditā ,
jamadagniṁ tataḥ putraṁ sā jajñe kāla āgate ,
tejasā varcasā caiva yuktaṁ bhārgavanandanam.
28. evam astu iti sā tena pāṇḍava
pratinanditā jamadagnim tataḥ putram
sā jajñe kāle āgate tejasā varcasā
ca eva yuktam bhārgavanandanam
28. O Pāṇḍava, she was thus blessed by him with 'So be it.' Then, when the time arrived, she gave birth to a son, Jamadagni, who was endowed with both spiritual energy and radiance, a descendant of Bhṛgu.
