महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-5, verse-31

एवमेव मनुष्येन्द्र भक्तिमन्तं समाश्रितः ।
सर्वार्थसिद्धिं लभते शुकं प्राप्य यथा द्रुमः ॥३१॥

31. Indeed, O king of men, one who seeks refuge in a person endowed with devotion (bhakti) achieves the accomplishment of all purposes, just as a tree flourishes by being associated with Shuka.
