एवं शस्त्राणि मुञ्चन्तो घ्नन्ति वध्यानथैकदा ।
तस्यैषा निष्कृतिः कृत्स्ना भूतानां भावनं पुनः ॥७॥

7. evaṁ śastrāṇi muñcanto ghnanti vadhyānathaikadā ,
tasyaiṣā niṣkṛtiḥ kṛtsnā bhūtānāṁ bhāvanaṁ punaḥ.

In this manner, (warriors) discharging weapons kill those who are destined to be slain. The complete remedy for this (act of killing) is the subsequent nurturing and sustenance of beings.
