महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-27, verse-4

यस्याङ्के क्रीडमानेन मया वै परिवर्तितम् ।
स मया राज्यलुब्धेन गाङ्गेयो विनिपातितः ॥४॥
4. yasyāṅke krīḍamānena mayā vai parivartitam ,
sa mayā rājyalubdhena gāṅgeyo vinipātitaḥ.

saḥ mayā rājyalubdhena gāṅgeyaḥ vinipātitaḥ
4. yasya aṅke krīḍamānena mayā vai [kālaḥ] parivartitam,

4. By me, who used to play in his lap, indeed (my childhood was) passed (with him). That Bhīṣma, the son of Gaṅgā (gāṅgeya), was struck down by me, who was greedy for the kingdom.
