महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-27, verse-20

तदाप्रभृति बीभत्सुं न शक्नोमि निरीक्षितुम् ।
कृष्णं च पुण्डरीकाक्षं किल्बिषी भ्रूणहा यथा ॥२०॥
20. tadāprabhṛti bībhatsuṁ na śaknomi nirīkṣitum ,
kṛṣṇaṁ ca puṇḍarīkākṣaṁ kilbiṣī bhrūṇahā yathā.

kṛṣṇam ca puṇḍarīkākṣam kilbiṣī bhrūṇahā yathā

20. From that time onwards, I, the despicable one, am unable to look upon myself, nor upon Kṛṣṇa, the lotus-eyed, just as a sinner (kilbiṣī) or an embryo-killer (bhrūṇahā) cannot.
