महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-27, verse-21

द्रौपदीं चाप्यदुःखार्हां पञ्चपुत्रविनाकृताम् ।
शोचामि पृथिवीं हीनां पञ्चभिः पर्वतैरिव ॥२१॥
21. draupadīṁ cāpyaduḥkhārhāṁ pañcaputravinākṛtām ,
śocāmi pṛthivīṁ hīnāṁ pañcabhiḥ parvatairiva.
21. Draupadīm ca api aduḥkhārhām pañcaputravinākṛtām
śocāmi pṛthivīm hīnām pañcabhiḥ parvataiḥ iva
21. api ca,
aduḥkhārhām pañcaputravinākṛtām Draupadīm,
pṛthivīm pañcabhiḥ parvataiḥ hīnām iva,
śocāmi.
21. I lament for Draupadi, who, though undeserving of sorrow, has been deprived of her five sons. She is like the earth bereft of five mountains.
