ye sāttvikāḥ ca eva bhāvāḥ tathā rājasatāmasāḥ (santi),

Those qualities (bhāvas) which are sattvic, as well as the rajasic and tamasic ones, lead to the praise of individuals dedicated to action (karma), both the sattvic among them and the others.
