महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-267, verse-2

आसीनं देवलं वृद्धं बुद्ध्वा बुद्धिमतां वरः ।
नारदः परिपप्रच्छ भूतानां प्रभवाप्ययम् ॥२॥
2. āsīnaṁ devalaṁ vṛddhaṁ buddhvā buddhimatāṁ varaḥ ,
