महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-262, verse-16

तेषामदीनसत्त्वानां दुश्चराचारकर्मणाम् ।
स्वकर्मभिः संवृतानां तपो घोरत्वमागतम् ॥१६॥
16. teṣāmadīnasattvānāṁ duścarācārakarmaṇām ,
svakarmabhiḥ saṁvṛtānāṁ tapo ghoratvamāgatam.
