यो यथावद्विजानाति स वितृष्णो विमुच्यते ॥३५॥

35. vikāraṁ prakṛtiṁ caiva puruṣaṁ ca sanātanam ,

Whoever truly understands (vijānāti) modification (vikāra), and also nature (prakṛti) and the eternal cosmic person (puruṣa), that person, free from craving, achieves liberation (mokṣa).
