महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-210, verse-17

ब्रह्मचर्यमहिंसा च शारीरं तप उच्यते ।
वाङ्मनोनियमः साम्यं मानसं तप उच्यते ॥१७॥
17. brahmacaryamahiṁsā ca śārīraṁ tapa ucyate ,
vāṅmanoniyamaḥ sāmyaṁ mānasaṁ tapa ucyate.
