महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-165, verse-29

न चास्ति पथि भोक्तव्यं प्राणसंधारणं मम ।
किं कृत्वा धारयेयं वै प्राणानित्यभ्यचिन्तयत् ॥२९॥
29. na cāsti pathi bhoktavyaṁ prāṇasaṁdhāraṇaṁ mama ,
kiṁ kṛtvā dhārayeyaṁ vai prāṇānityabhyacintayat.
29. na ca asti pathi bhoktavyam prāṇasaṃdhāraṇam mama
kim kṛtvā dhārayeyam vai prāṇān iti abhyacintayat
29. ca pathi bhoktavyam mama prāṇasaṃdhāraṇam na asti
kim kṛtvā vai prāṇān dhārayeyam iti abhyacintayat
29. "And there is no food on the path for my sustenance of life. What should I do to sustain my life?" So he pondered.
