महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-204, verse-24

एवं तस्यै वरं दत्त्वा सर्वलोकपितामहः ।
इन्द्रे त्रैलोक्यमाधाय ब्रह्मलोकं गतः प्रभुः ॥२४॥
24. evaṁ tasyai varaṁ dattvā sarvalokapitāmahaḥ ,

24. Having thus granted a boon (vara) to her, the progenitor of all worlds, entrusting the three realms (trailokyam) to Indra, the Lord (prabhu) then departed for the world of Brahma (brahmalokam).
