महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-192, verse-28

अन्यस्मिन्नृप कर्तव्ये त्वमन्यत्कुरुषेऽनघ ।
तेषां बलविघातो हि कर्तव्यस्तात नित्यशः ॥२८॥

28. anyasminnṛpa kartavye tvamanyatkuruṣe'nagha ,
teṣāṁ balavighāto hi kartavyastāta nityaśaḥ.

teṣām bala-vighātaḥ hi kartavyaḥ tāta nityaśaḥ

28. O sinless King, when something else should be done, you do something else. Indeed, O father, their strength should always be destroyed.

28. (וכך) כשצריך לעשות דבר אחד אתה עושה דבר אחר, הו מלך חף מפשע. הרי יש תמיד להחליש את כוחם, הו אבי.
