महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-192, verse-23

को हि द्रुपदमासाद्य मित्रं क्षत्तः सबान्धवम् ।
न बुभूषेद्भवेनार्थी गतश्रीरपि पार्थिवः ॥२३॥
23. ko hi drupadamāsādya mitraṁ kṣattaḥ sabāndhavam ,
na bubhūṣedbhavenārthī gataśrīrapi pārthivaḥ.
23. kaḥ hi drupadam āsādya mitram kṣattaḥ sabāndhavam
na bubhūṣet bhavena arthī gataśrīḥ api pārthivaḥ
23. “Indeed, O Vidura (kṣattaḥ), who would not wish to become prosperous, having acquired Drupada and his kinsmen as friends, even a king whose fortune (śrīḥ) has been lost (gataśrīḥ)?”
