महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-124, verse-11

मञ्चांश्च कारयामासुस्तत्र जानपदा जनाः ।
विपुलानुच्छ्रयोपेताञ्शिबिकाश्च महाधनाः ॥११॥
11. mañcāṁśca kārayāmāsustatra jānapadā janāḥ ,
vipulānucchrayopetāñśibikāśca mahādhanāḥ.

vipulān ucchrayopetān śibikāḥ ca mahādhanāḥ
11. Furthermore, the people from the provinces had spacious and elevated platforms constructed there, as well as very valuable palanquins.
