त्वत्संकल्पामृतकवचितो नापविद्धस्तयाहं कुन्तश्रेण्या दृढपतनया वज्रकायो यथाजः ।
त्वामासन्नां मदनसरितं हृद्गृहे गाहमानो मर्मच्छेदेष्वपि विलसिता नाविदं वेदनास्ताः ॥ १२ ॥

Protected by the nectar of your resolve, I was not struck by the forceful shower of spears, just like Aja, whose body is like a thunderbolt. Immersing myself in you, a nearby river of love, within the sanctuary of my heart, I did not experience those pains, even when vital points were severely wounded.
