योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-74, verse-33

त्रितल उवाच ।
पौरुषेण प्रयत्नेन त्यक्त्वा भोगौघभावनाम् ।
गत्वा विकसितां सत्तामहंकारो विलीयते ॥ ३३ ॥
tritala uvāca ,
pauruṣeṇa prayatnena tyaktvā bhogaughabhāvanām ,
gatvā vikasitāṃ sattāmahaṃkāro vilīyate 33

| gatvā vikasitām sattām ahaṅkāraḥ vilīyate || 33 ||

33. Tritala said: Through personal effort, having abandoned the preoccupation with a multitude of enjoyments and having attained an expanded state of existence, the ego (ahaṅkāra) dissolves.
