योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-42, verse-23

भेदोपशान्तावभ्यासाद्भवत्युपगतः शिवः ।
निमेषशतभागार्धमात्रमेव परा चितिः ॥ २३ ॥
bhedopaśāntāvabhyāsādbhavatyupagataḥ śivaḥ ,
nimeṣaśatabhāgārdhamātrameva parā citiḥ 23

23. Through sustained practice (abhyāsa), upon the pacification of all distinctions, the auspicious (Śiva) state is attained. The Supreme Consciousness (parā citiḥ) manifests in merely half of a hundredth part of a wink.
