न देशकालक्रमणं करोति च मनागपि ।
यथा संकल्पशैलेन देशकालाद्यनन्तकम् ॥ १७ ॥

na deśakālakramaṇaṃ karoti ca manāgapi ,
yathā saṃkalpaśailena deśakālādyanantakam 17

yathā saṅkalpa-śailena deśa-kāla-ādi-anantakam ||

17. ca manāk api (idam) deśa-kāla-kramaṇam na karoti yathā
saṅkalpa-śailena deśa-kāla-ādi-anantakam (bhavati)

17. It (this manifestation) does not traverse space or time even in the slightest. Just as a mountain generated by thought (saṅkalpa) can instantly create an infinity of space, time, and other such phenomena.
