सर्वं संकल्परूपेण चिच्चमत्कुरुते चिति ।

16. All of this, the entire universe (jagat), appears in the form of thought-constructs (saṅkalpa), as Consciousness (cit) wondrously manifests within Consciousness (citi) itself. It is just like the construction, collapse, and re-creation of a city in a dream.
