योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-4, verse-9

संप्रवृत्ता वयं द्रष्टुमात्मानमपकल्मषम् ।
रसाञ्जनानीतदृशो जात्यन्धा इव काञ्चनम् ॥ ९ ॥
saṃpravṛttā vayaṃ draṣṭumātmānamapakalmaṣam ,
rasāñjanānītadṛśo jātyandhā iva kāñcanam 9
9. sampravṛttāḥ vayam draṣṭum ātmānam apakalmaṣam
rasāñjanānītadṛśaḥ jātyandhāḥ iva kāñcanam
9. vayam apakalmaṣam ātmānam draṣṭum sampravṛttāḥ,
rasāñjanānītadṛśaḥ jātyandhāḥ kāñcanam iva
9. We have begun to perceive the pure and faultless Self (ātman), just as those born blind, whose vision has been restored by medicinal collyrium, are able to see gold.
