योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-28, verse-4

कंचित्कालं समासाद्य स्वात्मोदयकरं शुभम् ।
चक्रुर्दुन्दुभिनिर्घोषं प्रलयाभ्ररवोपमम् ॥ ४ ॥

cakrurdundubhinirghoṣaṃ pralayābhraravopamam 4

4. Having obtained a certain auspicious time that would cause the manifestation of their own selves (ātman), they then made a drum sound resembling the roar of doomsday clouds.
