छिन्नैः शिरःकरभुजोरुभरैर्भ्रमद्भिराकाशकाष्ठशलभैरशिवैस्तदानीम् ।

22. Then, the vast expanse of the world, its horizons (diktāṭa) veiled up to the sun by mountain-like heaps, appeared as if covered by fierce masses of clouds, as severed heads, hands, arms, and thighs whirled ominously like locusts through the sky's quarters.
