योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-95, verse-3

अप्रबुद्धजनाचारो यत्र राघव दृश्यते ।
तत्र ब्रह्मण उत्पन्ना जीवा इत्युक्तयः स्थिताः ॥ ३ ॥
aprabuddhajanācāro yatra rāghava dṛśyate ,
tatra brahmaṇa utpannā jīvā ityuktayaḥ sthitāḥ 3

3. O Rāghava, wherever the conduct of the unenlightened (aprabuddhajana) is seen, there are established the statements that individual souls (jīva) originate from Brahman.
