योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-95, verse-23

एवं स्थिते कथं नाम जन्मबीजेन कर्मणा ।
विनोत्पत्तिस्त्वया प्रोक्ता भूतानां ब्रह्मणः पदात् ॥ २३ ॥
