योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-95, verse-26

संजाते संकरे लोके कर्मस्वफलदायिषु ।
मात्स्यन्याये विलसति नाश एवावशिष्यते ॥ २६ ॥
saṃjāte saṃkare loke karmasvaphaladāyiṣu ,
mātsyanyāye vilasati nāśa evāvaśiṣyate 26

26. When confusion (saṃkara) arises in the world regarding actions (karma) that no longer yield results, and when the law of the fish (mātsyanyāya) prevails, only destruction remains.
